DQ Football Coaching are delighted to present our Elite Programme, a comprehensive high level football programme for under 11's through to under 16's. The Elite programme will consist of a detailed learning curriculum - where players will develop their technical, tactical, physical and social abilities through a wide range of coaching drills that focus on key details - in possession, out of possession, transition to attack and transition to defence.. Alongside professional coaching, players will be given the opportunity to showcase their talents in a competitive environment with a challenging fixture programme in the Junior Premier League.

With in the Elite Programme players will be given a Personal Development Plan (PDP) specific to their role in the team, included in the PDP will be roles and responsibilities, highlight clips (positive & negative), personal fitness plan as well as reviews on the players performance every 8 week. Also within the programme we aim to provide 4 showcase games per season against Professional Academies throughout Yorkshire, as well as offering the opportunity to play games overseas on a mid-season tour.

 

Our Elite programme coaches are also Talent ID trained and have good links to professional academies across the region. At DQ Football Coaching we believe in our methods and pride ourselves on developing youngsters to reach their maximum potential and we want to play a positive part in their footballing journey.
